My last summer from Lidia Banegas

WRITING: 

Hi, today I’m going to talk about my last summer. First I’m going to explain about my sister’s wedding, next about my trip to California, the Young Life camp, and finally I’m going to explain my vacations with my family.

My sister’s wedding:

So, my sister Judith got married in June. She was so pretty and her husband too. The ceremony was very romantic and we cried a little bit. All the things were so good; the people, the dinner, the party… It was a great day!

My trip to California:

I was in the USA for one month with a group of students from Spain, and it was my best trip. The first day in San Diego was very long, I had jet lack and I couldn’t sleep for more than 4 hours. The next day we went to a fair with my host family. And all the week I did a lot of activities with them. After the first week, all the students’ group went to Los Angeles. We visited Hollywood, Santa Monica and we went to Disney Land. Then we went to a Young Life camp in Sacramento, so we had to travel 9 – 10h to the north. We stayed for a week in this camp and it was amazing! We did a lot of activities and we met a lot of American people there. After this week, we had to return with our families in San Diego.

In the last week I did some activities like laser tag, I went to the beach, and I went to the mall with the group of Spain.

After this week, we had to come back to Spain. The farewell was a little hard.

Young Life Camp in Spain:

Every year I go to another camp in Spain, and this year it was the best. We did a lot of activities like kayaking, paint ball, mountain bike, gymkhanas, we went to a water park… The best thing was the country night, we had to dance a lot and we had a great country food for dinner!

My family vacations:

We did some activities. One day, we went to Camprodon and we did an excursion. Some day we went to Llançà and we went kayaking. And my favorite day, was when we went to l’Escala and had dinner there the whole family. It was a great vacation for me.

So, this is my last summer, and it was awesome! Thank you for your attention. 

MY CLASSEMATES:

Laia Arnau: She went to Sevilla, Llançá and Irlanda.
Àlex Garcia: He went to Iceland with his family and they visited a lot of places.
Carlota Omedes: She went to l'Estartit with her cousins, then to Palamós.
Maria Clara: She went to Mallorca with her mother, then to the Pyrenees and then she went to London with her father.
Anna Sala: She went to USA, Italy, Monaco... She spend the lasts days of the summer in Calella.
Eva Tarrés: She went to Empuria Brava, Praga with her family and she visited a lot of places. Then, she went to Camprodon, in a roller skate camp.
Enric To: He went to the cinema, to Puig Sacalm, Girona, BCN and he also went to Germany with his friends.
